LaptopDhamSolution ("we", "us") provides the Laptop Repairing Course and related services through this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and sign-in method (Google or email code).
• Course activity: lesson progress, completion status, and playback position.
• Online payments: when you pay through Cashfree Payments, the payment is handled on Cashfree's secure page. We receive only your name, mobile number, and the order and payment status — never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Payment verification details (UPI / bank transfer only): when you pay by UPI or bank transfer, we collect your full name, mobile number, address, photos of your government ID (front and back), the name of the payer, and the transaction (UTR) number or a payment screenshot. We never receive your bank login or card details.
• Offline training requests: name, phone number, and preferred dates, submitted voluntarily.
• Support messages: anything you submit through the contact form or chatbot.

Your government ID photos are collected only to verify your identity and your payment and to prevent fraud. They are stored in private storage, are not publicly accessible, and can be viewed only by authorised LaptopDhamSolution staff. We do not use them for any other purpose and do not share them with anyone except where the law requires it.

How we use information

• To provide access to purchased course content.
• To track your learning progress across devices.
• To verify payments and your identity, unlock course access, and maintain order records.
• To respond to support requests and offline training requests.
• To communicate essential account and order information via WhatsApp or email.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to run the website — for example, our payment partner Cashfree Payments (to process online payments), our cloud storage/video hosting provider (for storing your uploads securely and delivering course videos) and our email provider (for sending you sign-in codes and payment updates). We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as needed to provide the course and to meet legal/accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your ID photos once your payment has been verified, unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us on WhatsApp. Some information (such as payment records) may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
